Scrap wood desk

I made this desk for a friend’s birthday. It’s all out of scrap wood left over from my dad’s cabinet shop. I made the legs out of 1/2″ steel rod, welded to flat bar. The white plexiglass front slides back and forth in grooves to either access the drawer on one side, or storage on the other. Drawer dividers are white plexi as well. Sorry for the bad iphone pics. I’ll try to get better ones.

I’m making my own desk as well, but I can’t find a set of legs I like. These look great though. Where did you find them?

      Thanks! I made them :)

Logan, I’ve followed your blog for a couple of years now and the depth of my admiration, for the work you and Roxy do, if unfathomable. I am currently building my own desk (admittedly patterned after yours here) and love the legs you built. Any chance you may make some of these ones for a lowly home craftsman?

        Cheers, Lee.
